This role is perfect for junior candidates with office experience and a strong passion for data analytics, especially in the realm of energy consumption for various types of buildings.As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing insightful data to our field team. Your responsibilities will include analyzing energy consumption data, managing financial records, and creating visual reports to aid in project development and marketing efforts. Your analytical skills will be instrumental in optimizing energy usage and supporting our energy engineers with actionable insights.Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret data related to energy consumption for commercial, institutional, and residential buildings to provide actionable insights.
  • Handle financial tasks including invoice processing, billing, cost analysis, and revenue assessments on a weekly basis.
  • Track and compare utility bills to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Create and manage detailed documentation for work orders, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Develop and present system analyses, including seasonal comparisons and graphical representations of data.
  • Provide energy engineers with essential data to support their work and enhance project outcomes.
  • Assist in generating marketing materials and reports based on your data analysis to support the field team.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of office experience with a demonstrated interest in data analytics.
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Data Analysis, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and present complex data clearly.
  • Experience with financial analysis, including invoicing and cost management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with data analysis tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Enthusiasm for data analytics and a desire to develop further in this field.
