Our client, in Real Estate Management, is looking for a self-motivated, tech-savvy, problem-solving individual to join their team as a Project Coordinator in their North York, ON, office.

- email correspondence and follow-ups with clients
- attend meetings to give and receive updates on current projects
- work with internal staff in other departments when needed
- complete invoices using templates - heavy Excel usage for this
- scanning, filing, and other clerical duties
- data entry in templates, including contracts
- traveling to other locations (TTC accessible) to perform related tasks such as taking photos or meeting with contractorsQualifications
- 2-3 years of admin or relevant experience
- strong in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel
- tech savvy and has a strong understanding of computers
- Construction or property management background is an asset
- knowledge of Yardi software is an asset
- excellent written and verbal skills
