Position: Project Coordinator
Location: Lachine

Are you looking for a role with the possibility to become hybrid or remote?Our client, a company specialized in exhibition booths and stands, is looking for a Project Coordinator!What they offer:- Salary up to $55K according to experience

- Role starts onsite for the first months but then becomes hybrid / remoteYour profile:- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of tradeshows would be a strong asset
- Bilingual to communicate with international clients and partners
- Detail-oriented along and strong organizational skills
- Ability to communicate on all levels with project internal and external resources, clients, and management team
- Must be permitted to travel to the U.S. and abroadYour role:- Gathering information and preparing estimates for sales team
- Preparing installation and dismantling related estimates and contracts
- Invoicing clients post-sale
- Submitting internal and external requisitions to obtain services and products
- Organizing and coordinating installation and dismantling services, sometimes turnkey, for clients exhibiting worldwide (some degree of flexibility regarding work hours is required)
- Placing orders for parts and pieces of designs
- Scheduling and organizing production, including freight and logistics
- Being the main responsible \'owner\' of each project and ensure complete delivery and installation
