Wolf Management is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Project Coordinator
to support the planning, execution, and completion of various business and operational projects. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, a strong communicator, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preference will be given to candidates with experience coordinating
IT-related projects
, particularly
ERP and POS system implementations
, and those with hands-on involvement in
software testing and testing software tools
.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination of activities
Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, reporting any deviations to the manager
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Maintain and update project documentation, spreadsheets, and files
Communicate with team members, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure clarity on tasks and deadlines
Help manage workflows and ensure tasks are assigned and completed on time
Conduct research, collect data, and prepare summaries or reports as needed
Support software testing efforts by documenting test cases, executing test scenarios, and reporting issues
Use testing software tools to log and track bugs, validate fixes, and support quality assurance processes
Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and presentations
Support administrative and operational tasks to keep projects moving forward
Preferred Experience
Experience supporting
IT projects
, especially
ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
and
POS (Point of Sale)
system implementations
Familiarity with
software testing processes
, including writing and executing test cases, logging bugs, and using
testing tools
(e.g., Jira, TestRail, or similar)
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role (project experience required; IT and QA exposure preferred)
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Smartsheet)
Experience with bug tracking and testing software tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Post-secondary education in business administration, project management, information systems, or a related field is an asset
Working Conditions
$20/hour, based on experience and availability
Flexible hours; some remote work may be possible
