EnVision Consultants Ltd. is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing organization. Reporting to the Director of Project Management, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery and implementation of multidisciplinary projects. As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:



Preparing project plans including Project Management and Delivery Plans, including the following subsidiary plans; Stakeholder and Communications Management, Quality Management, Scope and Scope Change Management, Procurement Management and Resource Management Developing and updating project progress tracking tools, such as Microsoft Project schedules and work execution plans, for the successful and on time completion of activities and deliverables. Contribute to proposal development by providing input on project coordination strategies and delivery methodologies. Assisting in the preparation of essential project documentation, including project change notices, invoices, and project/phase budgets. Generate daily reports, manage project databases, draft external correspondence, and ensure adherence to quality control standards across multiple large-scale projects. Monitor project budgets and timelines, track submission deadlines, and escalate potential issues to Project Managers. Identify variances from project plans and recommend corrective actions to maintain alignment with project goals. Serve as a liaison between our engineering staff, site oversight teams, subcontractors/suppliers, and our clients. Participate in internal and client meetings including taking and distributing agendas and meeting minutes, and following up on action items. Developing and updating registers and tracking logs, ensuring compliance with document control and file management procedures. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment through proactive engagement and support. Preparing and updating Standard Operating Procedures for project management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within EnVision to support the coordination of multidisciplinary projects. Travel to sites within the Greater Toronto Area and Ontario, as required.

To apply to this position, you should expect to have:



Achieved (or actively pursuing) the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) designation, demonstrating a strong foundation in project management principles. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project, with the ability to create and manage project documentation and schedules effectively. 0-2 years of project coordination or project management experience within an engineering or environmental consulting environment. Working knowledge of project management guidelines and standards for managing projects, according to the Project Management Institutes' Project Management Body of Knowledge. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with all project stakeholders and proactively respond to time-sensitive matters and issues. A valid G license and access to a vehicle to travel to and from sites (mileage to sites compensated), including valid and appropriate vehicle insurance Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships and apply leadership skills to support successful project outcomes.
