Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution

Coordinate

and

manage

the full lifecycle of multiple simultaneous gutter and siding installation projects, from pre-installation planning through to final close-out. Attend the project

schedule by the production manager

and verify labour, equipment and material. Conduct

site visits

to assess project scope, verify measurements and troubleshoot potential issues before and during installation.

Procure

and manage the timely delivery of necessary materials and equipment, working with vendors and the purchasing department. Ensure that all projects comply with the Production Manager's recommendations, safety regulations and company quality standards. Report progress to the Production Manager in the timeline requested.

Team and Resource Management

Monitor crew

productivity

and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain project timelines and budgets.

Communication and Reporting

Communicate with the Production Manager at all times. Maintain accurate and detailed project

documentation

, including daily logs, change orders, punch lists and close-out documents. Provide regular, concise

progress reports

to the Production Manager, highlighting key milestones, risks and challenges. Proactively identify and

resolve conflicts

or delays related to labour, materials or site conditions.

Qualifications

Required

Minimum of three years of proven experience in project management, ideally within the construction, exterior remodelling or home improvement industry. Demonstrable knowledge of

gutter

and

siding

installation practices, materials and safety standards. Excellent

organizational

and

time-management

skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Outstanding

communication

and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with customers, vendors and internal teams. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits.

Physical Requirements

Ability to visit active construction sites, which may involve climbing ladders, navigating uneven terrain and exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
Must be able to lift to [Specify Weight, e.g., 25] pounds occasionally.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
