Hurley Ventilation Technologies Inc. (HVT) is an ISO 9001 Certified company specializing in the manufacture of New Ventilation fans, systems, parts and accessories.

At the heart of our team are ventilation specialists with over 40 years experience. Hurley's Canadian facilities produce affordable newly manufactured ventilation products daily.

We are looking for an

Project Coordinator

who is eager and energetic individuals for a position within our engineering team of Mechanical /Structural, P.Eng Certification is a definite asset.

Project Coordinator:



As a Project Coordinator, you'll be responsible for handling project scheduling, planning, providing estimates, answering client questions, and being a general resource for both customers and coworkers. AutoCAD experience is definitely an asset.

Most of your time will be spent in our office, though you'll occasionally travel to sites to get a better idea of project scopes. When you're not in the field, you'll keep accurate files, draft invoices, and stay in touch with engineering to track progress.

You won't need to be an expert in mine ventilation, but you will need to learn our range of products.

The best in this role will do more than simply schedule and provide estimates: they'll make a great impression on existing and future customers.

You solve problems by staying informed and managing priorities.

- Project management, planning and coordination skills

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in marketing, event management, or project management

- Proficiency in project management tools and software

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
