The Project Coordinator will report to the Sales and Construction Manager and be accountable for working with the broader project management team in preparing and coordinating shop drawings and change orders. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for preparing change orders and modifying shop drawings as necessary.

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

Prepares and coordinates change orders and modification of shop drawings. Communicates with contractors and suppliers to ensure understanding of scope of work. Prepare contractor tender packages. Assist with the development of the estimate. Ability to check and verify one's own quantities using other sources. Preparation of Shop Drawings

Knowledge & Skills:



Blue-print reading Basic understanding of Standard Method of Measurement. Basic understanding of construction methodology, including development, contracting and consulting. Basic trade/product knowledge Technology savvy in Excel Mathematically inclined Attention to detail Time Management Ability to prioritize Good communication skills Research abilities - general/pricing Ability to work within a team Hollow Metal Doors and Frames Wood Doors Architectural Hardware
