About the Role



As a

Project Coordinator

, you'll work closely with Project Managers and Site Superintendents to guide construction projects from concept to completion. Your focus will be on ensuring seamless communication, precise documentation, and efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee contract administration for assigned projects. Collaborate with the estimating team to develop accurate project budgets. Manage and distribute project documentation and communications. Prepare and update monthly cost reports and change order logs. Track shop drawings, site instructions (SIs), RFIs, and back charges. Coordinate timely submission and approval of trade contracts and bid packages. Monitor schedules, flag delays, and support resolution with the Project Manager. Support field teams with documentation, reporting, and logistics. Assist with estimating, procurement, and site meeting follow-ups. Provide cross-team support and adapt to evolving project needs.

Qualifications



PMP Certification is an asset. A Master's Degree is considered an asset. Proficiency in project management software and familiarity with AutoCAD is a strong asset. Exceptional time management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
