We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting project management activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope. You will collaborate with various teams, manage documentation, and assist in the coordination of construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of construction processes.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information to facilitate smooth operations.
Review and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate project implementation.
Support the project estimating process by gathering necessary data and preparing estimates.
Maintain communication with contractors, suppliers, and team members, to ensure alignment on project goals.
Monitor project progress and report on status updates to management.
Experience
Proven experience in project management or coordination within the construction industry is preferred.
Familiarity with construction estimating techniques
Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings is essential.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams.
