Project Coordinator / Junior Designer

to help us bring client visions to life. This is the perfect role for someone who thrives at the intersection of organization and design.

What You'll Be Doing:

Coordinating day-to-day project details, schedules, and communications Supporting our Project Managers with budgets, change orders, and documentation Preparing design packages, selections, and material boards for client approval Liaising with suppliers, trades, and clients to ensure everything runs smoothly Creating sketches, layouts, and presentations to bring design concepts to life Keeping projects on track while delivering a seamless client experience
What We're Looking For:

Experience in construction coordination, residential design, or a related field Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to balance creativity with deadlines Working knowledge of design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) is a bonus A positive, proactive team player with strong communication skills Someone excited to grow with us as we scale from $6M ? $12M+
