Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Mon -Fri 9:00am to 5:00pm
Status: Temporary Full-time (12 month contract, maternity leave coverage)

Position Summary
University Health Network (UHN) is looking for an experienced professional to fill the key role of Project Coordinator in our FM-PRO Department.
As an integral member of the Planning and Integration department within FM-PRO, the PROJECT COORDINATOR II, WAYFINDING AND SPACE is responsible for planning space allocations, signage, and space reconfiguration projects. They assist FM-PRO teams in the space planning of construction and design projects under the direction of the Manager, Space Operations. This is a hybrid position with some mandatory on-site days.
Duties

  • Update and maintain architectural master drawings for all UHN sites
  • Maintain Archibus space module (Integrated Workplace Management System - IWMS)
  • Work with stakeholders to design test fits, simplified maps and graphics, feasibility studies, 3D modelling, block plans
  • Assist with any requests pertaining to pulling space data and reference drawings
  • Plan & execute space & wayfinding projects across all UHN sites
  • Maintain and/or fabricate designs for digital directories, maps, internal and external wayfinding
  • Coordinate between various stakeholders while adhering to UHN sign standards
  • Support the space planning of multiple simultaneous construction projects
  • Perform quality assurance activities in the form of space and allocation audits
  • Contribute to the development of UHN space & wayfinding policies, strategies, and processes
  • Perform financial responsibilities related to space and wayfinding projects
  • Perform administrative responsibilities to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the department
  • Perform cross-functional and other duties consistent with the job classification as assigned/requested
Qualifications
  • Successful completion of a University Degree or College Diploma, preferably in Graphic Design, Art & Design, Interior Design, Architectural or Engineering Technology, or recognized equivalent
  • Experience using AutoCAD
  • Proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop & Acrobat Pro)
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent problem recognition and resolution skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is an asset
  • Experience working in healthcare environment is an asset
  • Experience with Revit an asset
