We're currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to support our project management team and ensure the successful execution of key initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
: What you will do
Track and maintain equipment timesheets
Maintain communications with Client logistics and third-party vendors
Follow up and provide feedback for all logistics functions
Work with Project Superintendents to ensure accuracy of estimates
Liaise with employees to scope specific jobs
Work with third-party representatives to arrange third party subcontractors
Support HSE related functions
Coordinate with material manufacturers and provide technical support
Ensure equipment maintenance and certification
Participate in job scoping, resource planning; attend all kick-off, planning, and daily call meetings
Review all Client call outs, drawings, and applicable documentation to confirm material accuracy
Plan and execute coating work orders
Support all job functions including sending internal service requisitions (ISR's) for required materials
Build and submit invoices
QUALIFICATIONS
: Your background
Post-Secondary Education in a technical program
Project Management certification is considered an asset
NACE certification is considered an asset
3-5 years' experience in a Project Coordinator position
Please note: This position will be full-time, Monday to Friday, in Halifax with no possibility of rotational work.
All successful applicants must meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance.
