Spur Construction is seeking a motivated and highly organized Project Coordinator to help drive our civil and infrastructure projects forward. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves to solve problems, and is eager to support a growing construction company with logistics, planning, and crew support.

Whether you're full-time, part-time, or looking for a flexible position, this role could be shaped to fit the right person. Remote work is also a possibility.

Key Responsibilities

Be the go-to person for managing and executing project logistics. We're looking for someone who can take initiative, organize priorities, and keep everything moving. Think through problem

and offer practical solutions quickly. Book travel and accommodations for crew and team members. Build relationships with suppliers, clients, and internal team members. Provide ongoing support to crew members while they are away from the main office, including logistical, administrative, and communication assistance Support site teams by anticipating needs and ensuring projects are resourced and prepared. Oversee logistics, timelines, and documentation. Help coordinate schedules, meetings, and communication between departments. Support both remote and in-field work as needed.

What We're Looking For

A true doer who's ready to take ownership and get things done. Someone who stays calm under pressure and adapts to change. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes shifting environment. An individual who values growth, quality, and being part of a strong team. Experience in project coordination, logistics, or construction administration is a strong asset. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Familiar with coastal communities like Campbell River or Comox - or appreciates the value of the coast. Ability to work independently or collaboratively. Location doesn't matter; this could be a remote position for the right person.
