Weston Manufacturing Ltd. is a trusted company specializing in large-scale structural fabrication. We foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship. As we continue to grow, we're looking for hardworking individuals ready to contribute to a collaborative and hands-on work environment.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers with the day-to-day execution of structural fabrication projects while also coordinating smaller projects independently. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, clear communication, and juggling multiple priorities. If you have a strong administrative background in construction or manufacturing and want to be a key part of getting projects done right, we want to hear from you!
What We're Looking For
This is a new position at Weston Manufacturing, and we're looking for someone ready to help shape it from the ground up. You won't be handed a detailed playbook; you'll be building one. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, think critically, and solve problems as they arise. You should be comfortable navigating uncertainty, researching solutions, and figuring things out without constant direction.
If you're looking for a role where you're told exactly what to do every day, this likely isn't the right fit. But if you're someone who thrives on building systems, learning as you go, and helping a company grow stronger, we'd love to have you on our team.
