Project Coordinator

What You'll Do:



You'll support the scheduling, coordination, and documentation aspects of our sub-metering projects, contributing to smooth operations and timely project completion. Your role will include:

Schedule and coordinate projects, ensuring technicians have access and property managers are informed. Work with the property managers and clients on meter replacements, troubleshooting, and reinspection projects. Collect and organize project and service scope data, understand the scope of work and communicate the scope and requirements to the technicians. Assemble, control, and manage documents and schedules. Handle data entry and documentation management in the Head End System (HES) and monday.com. Monitor, assign, and track incoming service tickets for metering support. Assist with coordinating accommodations and technical equipment for field teams. Review field reports and documents for accuracy and completeness to meet Quality Management System and project scope requirements. Coordinate retrofits and reinspection to ensure timely completion. Communicate plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders. Collaborate with the office team.

What We're Looking For:



Experience

: 1-2 years of experience in a project coordinator, administrative, or scheduling role. Experience in the sub-metering, utilities, or construction industry is a plus but not required.

Education

: A diploma or degree in business, project management, or a related field is preferred.

Skills

: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Technical Proficiency

: Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. Knowledge of ERP or HES systems is a plus.

Communication

: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to manage interactions with clients, technicians, and team members.

Problem-Solving

: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently to keep projects on track.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
