As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of building automation system installation and programming projects. You will collaborate with clients, project managers, and other team members to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing project documentation, monitoring project progress, and providing regular updates to clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities may vary as needs arise.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor building automation system installation and programming projects from initiation to completion. Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other team members to establish project objectives, scope, timelines, and budgets. Develop project plans and schedules and ensure that project milestones and deliverables are met. Manage project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports. Monitor project progress and performance, and take corrective action as needed to ensure project success. Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate project risks. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Provide regular project status updates to clients and stakeholders. Acts as a leader in Safety and Quality by adhering to and promoting plans, policies, and procedures. Performs other related administrative or project-based duties as assigned. Builds and maintains relationships with clients Assists Project Managers in business development
Requirements:

Strong experience in project coordination in the building automation systems industry. Graduation from a recognized post-secondary engineering or technical program in a related field. Familiarity with building automation system installation and programming, including knowledge of industry protocols/frameworks such as BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, and Niagara. Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus. Clean driving record and ability to travel as required.

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
