Job Description

Duties

- Coordinate and manage aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with project team members, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project success
-Assist project manager, estimator and design engineer with various tasks and projects.

-Assist estimator with plan counts and takeoffs

-Review and submit shop drawings, engineer's reports, warranties, O&M manuals, etc.

-Create project specific closeout documents

-Plotting and reviewing drawings and specifications
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or delays
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
- Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals for new projects
- Review and interpret construction drawings and blueprints

-Provide assistance with Autocad, BIM and 3D modelling

Experience

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation
- Familiarity with project management principles and techniques
- Experience with design software (such as Autocad, BIM) an asset
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Must have own transportation and a clean driver's abstract

-Estimating experience an asset

Pay: $52,727.68-$117,236.96 per year
