Our Client requires a Project Coordinator to support Government Reorganization (GR) projects underway for the cabinet and ministry changes that were announced recently. The Project Coordinator coordinates information technology (IT) Infrastructure teams within the Ministry of Technology and Innovation to meet the needs of business customers in Ministries across Government of Alberta.


This is a fully remote role.

Experience Required/Mandatory Skills

10+ years experience;

As a project coordinator leading technical teams in multiple implementation and execution of information technology projects in large enterprise IT environments Defining project scope and goals in collaboration with business stakeholders. Developing project deliverables including project charters, business cases, briefing notes, status reports, risk logs and project closures. In a project management role. Managing multiple projects concurrently.

Nice To Have Skills

10+ years experience:

Coordinating IT infrastructure projects. Developing and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships across the organization, including executive level. Leading and facilitating meetings with stakeholders at all levels. Leading change management and communication planning. Working in an enterprise architect environment. Working on projects involving Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft file system security. Working with Government Reorganization (IMT changes) projects within Public Sector.
