The Project Coordinator is responsible for organizing and controlling project activities and documentation.
Responsibilities are:
- Maintaining project documentation
- Assist in reviewing Shop Drawings
- Quantity Takeoff and Ordering Materials
- O & M Warranty Manuals
- LEED Documents
- Scheduling and budgeting
Qualifications
-1-5+ years related industry experience
-Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints, particularly exterior elevations and cladding details.
-familiarity with exterior cladding applications
- Experienced and Knowledgeable of CAD
- Able to tolerate stress
- Strong communication skills- Internally and Externally
- Strong time management and Organization skills
