Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Wage:

$21-26 per hour (based on experience)

We are looking for a

customer-focused, detail-oriented Project Coordinator

to join our

Technical Services Team

and contribute to the seamless execution of security installations.

Position Summary



As a

Project Coordinator

, you will be responsible for converting sales orders into projects and overseeing the installation process. You will work closely with the

Technical Services Team

to coordinate site visits, provide remote support, and maintain accurate database records.

In this role, you will also handle incoming service requests, ensuring smooth scheduling, invoicing, and follow-up to create a

positive customer experience

Key Responsibilities



Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Use

construction management software

to track progress and allocate resources. Assist with

updating drawings

and

project estimating

to support project planning. Maintain

technician schedules

, update databases, and handle customer service inquiries. Work closely with team members to manage schematics and ensure project specifications are met. Implement

time management strategies

to improve workflow and project delivery.

Qualifications & Skills



Experience:



Scheduling and coordinating a field team (an asset). Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in computer use (40+ WPM typing speed preferred).
