Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator - Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management efforts, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope. This position requires a strong understanding of administrative processes and the ability to effectively communicate with various clients & team members. The Project Coordinator will utilize construction management software and tools to assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and management of project schedules, coordination, and resources. Coordinate communication between project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project goals. Utilize insurance management software such as Xactimate . Prepare and maintain project documentation including, reports, and meeting minutes Collaborate with team members to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

Proven experience in project assistant or coordination within the insurance restoration industry. Familiarity with software such as excel and other various computer programs is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. A background in construction estimating is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $48,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
