What This Role Is Really About:
Our customers need someone who can guide them through complex renovations, manage expectations, and help them make smart decisions when surprises arise--all to deliver their renovated 'like-new' pool on time and within budget.

Happy customers who leave glowing reviews
Accurate project tracking and reporting
Seamless coordination between customers and our operations team
Proactive problem-solving that prevents delays
Company productivity targets consistently met
Your Day-to-Day Life Will Include:
Working with the Head of Operations building 'business-smart' schedules that actually work in the real world
Having honest conversations about timelines, expectations, and project realities
Being the helpful liaison between customers and our operations team
Coordinating with homeowners to ensure their sites are ready for install
Managing purchasing and ordering to keep projects moving
Maintaining accurate change order reporting
Being part of a team that takes pride in doing things right

You enjoy being the person everyone can count on
You take pride in being thorough and detail-oriented
You're comfortable having frank conversations about timelines and expectations
You like solving puzzles and coordinating moving parts
We're Looking For Someone Who:
"Is a detail-oriented, dynamic self-starter and passionate team player with strong communication skills who likes working in a fast-paced environment...[insert more cliche's here]"
But really, we want someone who:
Has a track record of keeping complex projects on track
Is exceptionally organized and good with details
Can explain project status and changes in simple terms
Is comfortable using technology for scheduling and communication
Ideally has some experience in construction, home improvement, or project coordination (pool experience is a bonus, but not required)
Can balance customer needs with operational realities
Why UV Pools?
We're Winnipeg's pool renovation experts (doing this for 20 years!)

Coordinating maintenance and improvements for our rental properties
If you're the kind of person who believes in quality, takes pride in helping others, and wants to be part of a team that's known for doing things right, we should talk.
How to Apply:
Send us your resume along with a note telling us about a time you helped someone solve a complex problem. We're more interested in how you think and work than in your specific pool experience.
