Project Coordinator & Digital Marketing Assistant

Full-Time | $28-$30/hr | Monday-Friday (7:30 AM-3:30 PM or 8:00 AM-4:00 PM)

Location: In-person to start, hybrid potential when training complete

We're looking for an organized, friendly, and adaptable team player to help keep our projects running smoothly and give our digital presence a boost. This full-time position is a mix of hands-on coordination and light digital marketing, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to wear a few different hats.

What You'll Be Doing

Project Coordination (85%)

Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email Schedule on-site measurements and glass installations Order glass and materials for confirmed jobs Keep service timelines on track--follow-up with suppliers, schedule work promptly, and stay organized

Digital Marketing (15%)

Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn Support re-launching our Google Ads campaigns (focused on emergency services)

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and organizational skills Tech-savvy and comfortable juggling multiple tasks Experience in glass, construction, or trades is a bonus--but not required Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) Google Ads experience is helpful, but we can train the right person Friendly, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM-3:30 PM or 8:00 AM-4:00 PM (your choice)

Pay:

$28-$30/hr to start, plus 4% vacation pay and extended health and dental coverage.

Dress Code:

Casual (we're more flannel and sneakers than suits and ties)

Equipment:

Company computer and phone provided

Work Environment:

In-person during training Option to shift to a hybrid schedule after 3 months Long-term, this role will be based in our future shop/office
