The Project Coordinator role is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project. This role is the client interface for all project related issues and manages the internal activities with the functional groups to ensure that the project is completed on time.
This is a Remote work opportunity, however preference will be given to candidates based in Edmonton or Calgary.
The wage range for this opportunity is between $25-32 per hour based on experience.
YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Coordinates all aspect of projects (scheduling, financial, technical and contractual)
Is the client's interface with all related issues on projects
Interface with 3rd party organizations and clients for scheduling
Assists with preparation and presentation of quotes within the standard time frame for the job in accordance with client's needs and company standards
Follows support documents, schematics and procedural manuals to ensure adherence to company and client standards
Assists with providing invoicing supporting documentation
Reviews and evaluates current processes with recommendations
Assists Quality Assurance team with monitoring quality control on projects
Supports joint ventures activities where required
Work in partnership with the Health & Safety team and leaders to assist in driving a safe working environment
THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Experience in the Telecommunications industry is an asset.
Working knowledge of Jira and Quickbase and database software would be an asset
Computer literacy in Windows, Microsoft Office, Dynamics 365
Ability to work and focus on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with an upbeat attitude
Dynamic and able to maintain excellent relations with clients
Team player
Proven organizational and interpersonal abilities
High-level problem-solving skills, using initiative and creativity to work through roadblocks
Resourceful, adaptable, high integrity, self-starter
Organized, self-disciplined, reliable and capable of evaluating workload and obtaining cooperation of other departments
Good presentation and communication skills, self-assurance
Capable of working under pressure, sense of urgency
