Project Coordinator
to support our pre-construction team with design, permitting, and consultant coordination, and follow through during the project. As a Project Coordinator, you will:
Support construction projects from initial design through completion and close-out.
Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining detailed project schedules.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of tasks and materials.
Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, records, and correspondence.
Generate clear and timely progress reports for project managers and stakeholders.
Serve as a primary liaison between project teams, clients, and subcontractors.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across all project stakeholders.
Schedule and coordinate project meetings, ensuring clear communication of requirements.
Assist with tracking project expenses and supporting budget controls.
Partner with the quality assurance team to ensure work meets specifications and standards.
Qualifications
3 or more years of experience as a pre-construction coordinator or in a related role within commercial/industrial construction.
Familiarity with municipal permitting and rezoning processes in B.C.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD or Revit is an asset.

Compensation & Benefits
Full-time, permanent position
Competitive salary $55,000 to $70,000 per year (based on experience)
