On behalf of our client, TalentWorld is recruiting a Project Coordinator to support operations in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
Receive and process new project orders, ensuring accurate setup and documentation
Provide regular status updates to contractors, field teams, and internal colleagues
Communicate with vendors and suppliers to confirm materials, timelines, and logistics
Develop and submit shop drawings for client approval
Book and track all inbound and outbound shipments
Maintain clear records and ensure project timelines are met
Support project close-out processes and handle related administrative tasks
Project Coordinator Skills & Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in the electrical or construction industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and experience with ERP/database tools such as Epicor/Eclipse
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn and navigate new software systems quickly
Bilingual in French and English is considered an asset
Employment Details:
Can be located in Moncton or Dartmouth
Hybrid work model - 2 days in office per week
$50,000 - $65,000 annually
