We're expanding our dairy manufacturing operations and looking for a

Project Coordinator

to help drive our most impactful plant expansion project to date. Reporting directly to the

VP, Projects

, you'll play a central role in keeping schedules tight, stakeholders aligned, and documentation flawless.

WHAT YOU'LL DO



Own the Rhythm of the Project

+ Coordinate pull plan meetings and milestone tracking
+ Manage weekly reporting and project timelines
+ Ensure timely and effective communication across all levels

Keep Everyone in the Loop

+ Join project meetings to capture and follow-up on actions items
+ Ensure decisions and assumptions are logged and backed up
+ Liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth transition

Track it, Prove it, Improve

it

+ Maintain accurate project records, logs, and decision trackers
+ Analyze project data, track risks, flag timing issues
+ Compile project data and support funding reports
+ Assist with invoice validation and risk register updates

WHAT YOU'LL BRING



A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field 3+ years in a project coordination, ideally in a manufacturing or construction setting Proficiency in MS Office + comfort using project management tools Clear, concise communication skills (spoken + written) Bonus: A Project Management certification -- or interest in pursuing one
