ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is on the lookout for a candidate who\'s dependable, well-organized, and a team player. It\'s crucial to have a good grasp of electrical work and be able to brainstorm creative solutions. In this role, you\'ll be working directly under the Project Manager. Our clients emphasize fostering a sustainable, healthy work-life balance and are dedicated to helping the right candidate enhance their skills and broaden their industry knowledge.

ABOUT THE POSITION

• Proficiency in document control functions, including the oversight and generation of RFI\'s and the management of submittals.
• Collaborating on project planning and schedule coordination.
• Assisting in the preparation and handling of change order paperwork.
• Engaging in the evaluation and submission of shop drawings.
• Contributing to the analysis of design and blueprint specifications for construction projects.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• 1-3 years of experience in the electrical industry
• 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Technical training or education an asset

COMPENSATION

• $70k-$85k annual salary depending on experience
• 2-3 weeks of vacation
• Extended health and dental plan
• Cell phone and laptop provided
