Contract, Project Coordinator \xe2\x80\x93 $25 an hour

What\'s in it for you?

• $25 an hour + 4% vacation pay
• Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm
• 3 to 6 month contract, potential to be extended.
• Paid weekly
• December 4 start date (tentatively)

What will you be doing?

• Project Management: facilitate meetings. Documents the minutes of the discussion, communicate in a timely manner. Follow up on actions for completeness prior to the next meeting, schedule meetings with internal groups and external vendors as needed, document project requirements and scope, project resources, and monitor the efforts of project team members, Closely monitor the efforts and billing of third-party workers, such as consultants, contractors, and other specialists, support the entire lifecycle of specific projects, ranging from strategic planning initiatives to tactical activities
• Process Improvement: assist in the implementation of new processes with necessary stakeholders. This may include but is not limited to documenting all new processes, creating measurable goals for success, training end users, acting as point of contact for troubleshooting and ongoing process management.

What do you bring?

• Positive, can-do attitude
• 2+ year experience with Project Management
• Administrative and customer service experience within an office environment
• Seeking long-term employment
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business, Economics or a related field required
