Job Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join a dynamic team. In this role, you'll assist in the planning, execution, and finalization of innovative construction projects. You will coordinate with contractors, manage project schedules, documentation, and communications, and play a key role in risk management and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in project planning and execution.
  • Manage schedules, documentation, and project reporting.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for project-related communications.
  • Oversee cost management, invoices, and quality control.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction coordination.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like MS Office, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
