Position Overview:

Canoco Civil is currently seeking a

Project Coordinator - Civil

to join our team. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the successful planning, execution, and completion of civil construction projects. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate with project managers, field staff, subcontractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the coordination and scheduling of civil construction projects Track project progress, budgets, and timelines, ensuring deliverables are met Support Project Managers with documentation, reporting, and cost control Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure smooth project execution Prepare and maintain project documentation Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Act as a communication link between field operations, management, and clients

Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in civil construction or project coordination (earthworks, underground utilities, roadworks, or related civil projects preferred) Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project) and construction/project management software is an asset Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
