KLS Earthworks & Environmental is hiring a Project Coordinator to support our growing team. Reporting to the Project Manager, the ideal candidate will bring 2-4 years of project experience and provide critical organizational and administrative support across multiple projects. This role requires someone who can adapt to shifting priorities, manage project documentation, and communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and
maintain a thorough understanding of project scope, execution plans, and specifications, including all
plan
changes.
Create and
maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records.
Ensure all required permits and licenses are obtained and adhered to through the project life.
Assist with project procurement, ensuring materials and services are sourced and tracked effectively.
