We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring that projects are executed smoothly and efficiently from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be responsible for coordinating project activities, maintaining schedules, and facilitating communication among customers, team members and sub-contractors.
Responsibilities:
- Being the main contact for the projects assigned.
- Coordination of activities between customer, engineering, manufacturing team and sub-contractors, ensuring the accurate and timely flow of information to all parties.
- Purchasing of components for jobs specific.
- Scheduling in conjunction with vendors, sub-contractors and manufacturing team.
- Acting as document controller, taking charge of project drawings & documents submission for customer approval and keeping track of their status.
- Expediating the project to meet customer's deadline when possible.
- Developing the project ITP (Inspection and Testing Plan), executing the inspections as per ITP and coordinating all the inspection activities from all parties involved.
- Working with QCM to prepare project quality related record forms and ABSA forms.
- Development of project final databook including quality records for jobs completed.
- Maintaining all projects documentation.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management or coordination within the oil & gas manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with various stakeholders.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- With mechanical background is preferred.
- Experience with quality coordination role is a great asset, especially working knowledge with ABSA, ASME code & CSA.

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
