This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing details, coordinating projects, and keeping customers and internal teams aligned. While this is not a commissioned outside sales position, it is a
key part of our coordinated sales process
-- with future career paths into Inside Sales, Project Management, or Estimating Management.
What You'll Do
Prepare and manage detailed quotes for elevator packages, machines, and components.
Liaise with suppliers for pricing, lead times, and technical details.
Coordinate awarded orders from acceptance through to operations handoff.
Schedule sales calls, meetings, and travel for sales reps.
Conduct cold calls and dormant account outreach from target lists.
Maintain CRM records for opportunities, quotes, and project statuses.
Collaborate with operations, marketing, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What You Bring
Experience in estimating, construction, engineering, or technical B2B sales support.
Experience in vendor management and procurement.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Comfortable making calls and following up with vendors and customers.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Pay: $3,340.00-$4,550.00 per month
