Job Title: Project CoordinatorOur client is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. Working alongside the Engineering Design and Construction department, you will collaborate with a team of project managers to provide statistical performance reporting and administrative support. You will utilize your project support experience to assist with various tasks and ensure seamless project execution.Responsibilities

• Take meeting minutes for in-house project meetings.
• Track and assist project managers with various O&M processes, such as EAM and purchasing forms.
• Keep track of project correspondences, including key decisions, through filing, importing Outlook files, or searching for documents.
• Apply standard filing names and document formats for use across all groups.
• Create, maintain, and update regular project updates, including monthly reports and annual milestones.
• Liaise and organize meetings between various stakeholders, including O&M, EAM work orders, planners, etc.
• Assist project managers in preparing and updating PM documents, such as project charters, risk registries, scoping statements, and closure reports.
• Track and assist project managers with various purchasing processes, including cash flow and purchasing forms.

Essential Skills

• 2-3 years of experience in a project support function.
• Ability to handle high volume, repetitive tasks.
• Experience in the construction industry a must, preference for linear or municipal water construction (pipelines, pump stations).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including intermediate skills in PivotTables are crucial to this role.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Technical writing skills are an asset..
• Experience in the public sector.
• Advanced Excel skills, including BI Reports and Macros.

Work EnvironmentThe position follows a Monday to Friday schedule from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, totaling 37.5 hours per week. The role offers a hybrid work environment, with 2-3 days working from home. Parking is available on-site, both paid and free on a first-come, first-serve basis.
