Job Description

Jobsite Industrial Rental Services have an immediate opening for a Project Coordinator, reporting to the Administration Manager, operating from our Burlington location. This is a fast paced and detail oriented position, responsible for supporting our operations team as well as completing other key duties. Working as part of our Jobsite team, you will play a key role in the success and ultimate growth of our operations throughout our entire network. Your support of not only our corporate staff, but our entire national network will enable our team to focus on execution for our customers.


Key

Responsibilities




Assist project manager and operations supervisor with specific administrative tasks related to given assignments; Organization and communicate all the details of projects and specific assignments Serve as a liaison between team members and project / operation managers Inventory Management - Daily / weekly spot checks - by group / class- bulk inventory count reconciliation Inventory disposal support-Organizing reports, invoices, contracts and other financial files for customer and corporate requirements Maintain customer invoices and submissions to required portals Correspondence with key customers to ensure payment terms are met Corporate policy adherence Event planning / organizing

Key Qualifications




The ability to provide excellent customer relations while keeping a positive attitude; Detailed knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular focus on Excel; Detailed oriented with effective planning skills; A self-starter with a keen sense of time management; Good communication and people skills; The desire to work effectively and efficiently within a team environment; Ability to travel to both work sites and throughout our branches as needed.

Additional Qualifications




Proficiency/prior experience with Systematics rental management software would be considered an asset; Knowledge of Jobsite products and services would be beneficial; Prior experience in a finance environment would be considered an asset; Preference will be given to candidates who are bilingual in both French and English.
