Job Description

The Administrative Information Management System (AIMS) project is an integrated business
information system to better manage finance, human resources, and supply chain management
processes for our client. The new business administration system will replace
82 non-integrated systems with a single software solution.
In preparation for AIMS go live, we are seeking two Project Coordinators who will contribute to
deliverables associated with the project and the project management office (PMO).Deliverables:
The Project Coordinator will be assigned tasks and responsibilities including, but not limited to:
\xef\x82\xb7 Working with the PMO and Leads to assist with the development and maintenance of
project plans for work streams;
\xef\x82\xb7 Manage and oversee team progress to meet work stream milestones;
\xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate functional team activities and deliverables;
\xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate and schedule team meetings, agenda and minute preparation and distribution;
\xef\x82\xb7 Provide direction for the work stream team;
\xef\x82\xb7 Report and oversee timely resolution of work stream issues;
\xef\x82\xb7 Provide industry knowledge, experience in the projects, budget management, and risk
mitigation;
\xef\x82\xb7 Perform knowledge transfer;
\xef\x82\xb7 Participate, review, and assist in developing key project decisions;
\xef\x82\xb7 Follow-up on change management concerns related to new or revised policies and
procedures, job changes, training requirements;
\xef\x82\xb7 Provide status reports to the PMO and Leads on a regular basis;
\xef\x82\xb7 Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
Proponents shall meet the stated minimum qualifications:
\xef\x82\xb7 Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Business Admin, Commerce or equivalent;
\xef\x82\xb7 Project management professional credentials;
\xef\x82\xb7 2+ years\' experience working on projects as a Project Manager or Coordinator;
\xef\x82\xb7 Specific knowledge of working in ERP, or Cloud based solutions would be an asset;
\xef\x82\xb7 Preference for Oracle ERP and Ultimate Kronos Group Dimensions knowledge is an asset.
