On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.Our client is a leader in the market planning space and offers a comprehensive suite of predictive analytics solutions to more than 300 Enterprise organizations across the retail, restaurant, and healthcare industries. Their client list includes notable brands like Lululemon, In-N-Out Burger, Levi\'s, and Chipotle. They have exceptional product market fit with less than 1% churn and ~ $20M in annual revenue.About the role: Project Coordinator

• Reporting to the VP Client Success, this role plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and successful onboarding of new clients and the execution of complex predictive model builds and projects
• Responsible for coordinating and managing the platform onboarding and sales forecast modeling process for new clients, ensuring seamless integration and satisfaction
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during hte onboarding phase and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment on project scope and execution
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation to track progress and deliverables while tracking project progress in appropriate management systems
• Conduct regular project evaluations, assessing performance against key metrics, and implementing improvements to enhance overall project efficiency and success
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, implementing proactive solutions to maintain project momentum and minimize disruptions

What we\'re looking for

• You are a bright early stage professional with 2+ years of relevant experience in coordination, client support, or project management function
• You have a razor-sharp focus on the details and incredibly organized and process driven
• You are a highly curious person by nature and seek to understand and love to learn new things and a interest in technology
• Adept at managing multiple projects and deliverables with focus
• You are comfortable talking to C-suite stakeholders
• Bonus/Nice to Have: Proficiency in Project management tools, PMP or CAPM certification, experience working with databases, exposure to GIP or ETL tools, and exposure to market research, retail analytics and data science modeling
• Important Note: This is a hybrid role which will require 2-3 days in office

• Base salary $70K-$80K depending on experience
