We are committed to providing the best, and to achieve the goal, we are also committed to hiring the best.The key functions of the Project Coordinator role are the coordination and management of electronic security and fire alarm installation projects. The Project Coordinator also manages various stages of the installation process from order entry to delivery, to order close out. The Project Coordinator reports to the Alarm and Communications Division Manager.The role will require coordinating project implementation deliverables from start to finish in coordination with the Service Managers for Security and Fire Alarm and Division Manager. You will also be interfacing with internal technical resources and subcontractors to establish and meet project schedules while driving customer satifaction.Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of Installation Technicians to ensure jobs are prioritized to meet customer completion dates.
  • Drive installation process for all orders assigned from start to finish, working in close alignment with field leadership team.
  • Coordination with subcontractors\' schedules, including the tracking of arrivals and departures to/from customer sites.
  • Review all new orders assigned for accuracy related to Customer Contact Information, Site Address, Scope of Work, etc.
  • Work closely as the primary customer contact to obtain customer completion timelines.
  • Maintain Electronic Installation Folders for all assigned orders/projects.
  • Assist in managing changes to project scope.
  • Own tasks specific to submitting shop drawings for specified and ordered equipment.
  • Assist with processing RMAs and contacting vendors to obtain invoices.
  • Assist in follow up with Chandler technicians and subcontractor labour force via phone, email, etc. to ensure customer expectations are being met for project completion dates.
  • Manage small to medium scale sized projects.
Qualifications:
  • Requires a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in operations scheduling, operations support and/or project coordination.
  • Ability to demonstrate and possess a working knowledge of the installation processes and systems, including an understanding of the overall order to cash process. These areas should include, but are not limited to:
  • Product and service offerings and deliverables.
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively (oral/written), with internal and external customers, and practice good problem solving skills.
  • Must be proficient in the use of Excel, Work, Outlook, PowerPoint and other computer systems, as well as database management and project management system input and maintenance.
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask.
  • Must have effective written and verbal communication skills as well as an ability to effectively communicate with customers as needed.
