We're looking for a
Project Coordinator/Customer Service Representative
to join our fast-growing group of companies in the construction industry. This is a full-circle service role -- perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, and is excited to grow within a thriving industry.
You'll play a key role in supporting both our customers and our production management team, helping ensure jobs run smoothly from start to finish.
What You Will Be Doing, as a Project Coodinator / CSR:
Answering phones and professionally assisting customers
Verifying job and contract details to ensure accuracy
Ordering materials and coordinating deliveries
Calling customers with updates and scheduling timelines
Handling data entry and keeping job files organizedUnderstanding the flow of the construction business to support the team effectively
Work will be conducts at our location in Angus.
What We're Looking For:
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Critical thinker with solid problem-solving ability
Adaptive and self-motivated -- able to learn on the go
Genuinely interested in understanding the construction industry and growing with us
Comfortable with phones, email, and basic office software
A reliable team player who can also work independently
What You Should Have:
High School Diploma
3-5 years' experience in Project Management or Coordination OR Customer Service
Knowledge or experience working in the trades OR construction would be an asset
Proficiency in Google Suite programs (Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, Email)
Disciplined when it comes to managing your time, evaluating priorities, and accomplishing goals.
Critical thinker with proven track record.
A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities.
Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to perform mathematical calculations.
