Corrpro Canada is a technology-enabled Cathodic Protection services company

that provides construction, inspection, engineering, materials management and custom software and hardware to deliver innovative and data-driven corrosion management solutions. We are seeking a diligent and organized Project Controls Administrator to drive compliance and process improvement throughout the organization.


As a Project Controls Specialist at Corrpro Canada ...

YOU'RE RESPONSIBLE FOR:



Project Compliance

Ensure adherence to project opening, kick-off and close out procedures as outlined by the Senior Project Manager Drive compliance with timely and accurate submission of information from the field that includes labour, equipment, materials and subcontractors by communicating with various stakeholders throughout the organization (i.e. operations managers, field leads and project team) Work closely with the operations and accounting teams to monitor purchase orders, invoices, and vendor contracts to ensure alignment with project budgets and forecasts. Assist with change order tracking and maintain an up-to-date change log in collaboration with the cost control team.

Scheduling Support

Interface with operations managers to ensure that scheduling tool is accurate and is aligned with project resourcing requirements. Collect progress updates from field personnel and assist in updating project schedules. Run schedule look ahead, variance reports, and assist with resource leveling activities as requested by the project managers.

Reporting

Work with the accounting team to support month end procedures to ensure proper cut off Generate routine and ad hoc project reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the project management team.

Compliance & Process Improvement

Ensure adherence to internal project controls procedures and support audits and quality assurance activities. Identify opportunities to streamline documentation and reporting workflows and propose improvements to systems and templates. Maintain confidentiality and data integrity across all project records and communications.

QUALIFICATIONS:



3 to 5 years in a project support role, ideally withing an engineering, construction or other project based environment. Familiarity with project controls concepts such as scheduling, budgeting, and reporting Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with change management is preferred AACE certification or applicable training is considered an asset Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Experience with ERP, LEMS and BI reporting tools
