Accuenergy is a Toronto-based company dedicated to research, design and manufacturing of multifunction power meters and other instruments. We also provide advanced technological solutions for distribution and industrial power system automation.

Responsibilities:

Workflow and Project Management Development: Design and implement robust research project management workflows and instructions that are specifically tailored to the intricacies of product development. Team Training and Knowledge Transfer: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for R&D team members to ensure a deep understanding and effective adoption of project management processes. Project Management: Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring they align with strategic objectives while adhering to time and budget constraints. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve our project management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and gathering feedback to refine processes and outcomes.
Candidate should have the following knowledge/skills:

Preferred Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, specifically within an R&D context in the tech or engineering sector. PMP certification is a plus. Expert knowledge of IPD and experienced in matrix management. Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex project portfolios. Proficient in using project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA). Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and analytical abilities
