Project Manager

who can lead from the front and ensure smooth execution across multiple job sites.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee

residential and commercial construction projects

from start to finish Manage

multiple job sites

and coordinate timelines effectively Handle

tradespeople, subcontractors, and suppliers

with strong leadership Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met Be on-site regularly to monitor progress and problem-solve as needed Coordinate inspections, permits, and city approvals Communicate with clients, consultants, and ownership clearly and professionally Prepare project updates and reports for senior management

Requirements

Minimum 3 years

of construction project management experience Strong knowledge of both residential and commercial construction Confident working with and supervising trades Able to juggle

multiple active projects

Own transportation and a valid driver's license Comfortable reviewing and interpreting construction drawings Must be

available Monday-Friday

and

flexible on weekends if required

Excellent time management and communication skills

Professional references required
