In this role, we are looking for a highly organized and enthusiastic individual to provide administrative support to the Operations within the Kawartha Trent Region.

Knowledge:



Ability to produce correspondence/reports, receiving inquiries, arranging meetings. Excellent knowledge of Data Entry and maintenance of work order system Good knowledge to support Hub operations - maintaining databases and filing systems, coordinating information; - monitoring/processing documentation, correcting discrepancies, following-up with suppliers. Good knowledge to order and maintain office supplies; shipping and follow up with courier Good knowledge with operational services and a good understanding of the water and wastewater industry. Good knowledge to use word processing applications, including spreadsheet and graphics software, as well as the ability to type to established OPS standards. Good knowledge of timesheet entry

Skills and abilities include:



Excellent oral communication and customer service skills to liaise with clients, vendors/suppliers to respond to inquiries. Proven oral communication skills. Good written communication skills to prepare to routine correspondence, meeting minutes and various documentation. Proven written communication skills. Excellent analytical, planning, time management and organizational skills to complete work assignments and coordinate multiple tasks within stated deadline. Ability to work independently and in a team oriented environment.
