We are seeking a Project & Change Management Lead to drive successful adoption of enterprise data modernization initiatives, including but not limited to the migration from IBM DB2 to Snowflake.
In the Corporate Services division, we empower our businesses by creating collaborative workplace solutions and commercial services that enhance the employee and client experience, while optimizing the value of our sourcing and third-party lifecycle to enable the Firm to do-and-win business. This is a Director level position within the Business Information Services, which specializes in providing and maintaining business information services for the Firm, including front-office research and analytics, data product management, management of data services, data storage, and conducting research related projects.
This role will be instrumental in guiding cross-functional teams through transformational change, ensuring alignment, engagement, and sustained adoption across business units. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in change management and project leadership, with a strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships, coordinate communications, and deliver enablement strategies that support both technical and operational transitions. This position requires a strategic thinker who can balance long-term vision with day-to-day execution, and who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments.
