We are searching for an ambitious Project Architect with a strong design background and a passion for leadership.   • Lead and drive the design process with innovative and practical solutions across a range of exciting projects.
  • Oversee projects from initial concept through to construction, demonstrating leadership and creativity.
  • Collaborate with project managers, senior architects, and team members to achieve outstanding results.
  • Engage with clients and consultants, playing a key role in construction administration and project coordination.
  • Develop and review architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documents, ensuring high standards and compliance.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies, bringing fresh ideas and solutions to the design process.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, create impactful presentations, and communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, contributing to smooth project execution and resource management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience with a diverse and impressive project portfolio.
  • Progress towards or achievement of architectural licensure is preferred.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
  • Experience managing all phases of projects from concept to completion.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Passion for architecture with a drive to make a significant impact.
