Project and Team Coordinator
Salary:
$66,597 - 83,246 - 91,571 per year (pay range explained below)
The Project and Team Coordinator supports the Provincial and Clinical Quality team by undertaking assigned coordination activities and providing administrative support to the Director of Provincial and Clinical Quality and overall team. Reporting to the Manager, Standards & Accreditation, the position contributes to greater team functioning and productivity by coordinating meeting scheduling, managing communications, creating meeting records, facilitating meeting action items, planning team and community-based events, and other associated team tasks.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have/be -
University degree or equivalent training and experience in a related field, such as business, science, social services, or healthcare.
Recent and relevant experience in Project Coordination and administrative support (usually acquired over a period of 2 to 5 years) preferably within the context of First Nations and/or Indigenous health or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
Knowledge of First Nations health issues and the BC First Nations health governance structures.
Knowledge of Project Management Life Cycle and Project Management methodology
Knowledge of Quality Improvement and Change Management methodologies
Knowledge of event planning

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
