We're launching a new Solar Panel Division and seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project/Sales Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with potential clients and driving the growth of this division as well as training and leading the installation team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management and sales. The territory will include Prince Edward Island and most of New Brunswick, with potential growth outside this area.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Provide training to installers manage installations to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Skills
Proven experience in project management with a track record of successfully leading initiatives from inception to completion.
Strong customer relationship management skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients to lock in the sale.
Thorough knowledge of solar panels.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Compensation
Base pay plus commission on sales
