What You Will Experience In This Role:
The CAMP Project Management Office (PMO) team is a newly formed organization seeking to execute strategic projects across the company that support key CAMP objectives. If you have a desire to be a part of a highly-visible, highly-impactful, cross-functional team that aligns strategy, processes and initiatives, come join our PMO team!
The PMO Project Analyst is responsible for supporting project activities, while utilizing cross-functional teamwork to achieve project objectives. You will learn and embrace world-class best practices in project management and delivery. The Project Analyst demonstrates a drive to learn the CAMP business and the various cross-functional processes, and supports the data analysis and project coordination efforts, including data management and providing analytical insights through visualization and reporting tools. This junior level position also includes data collection, research, and analysis to prepare and present new ideas to improve processes and define process maps and workflows.
You have:
Bachelor's degree required
Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
Skilled with data analysis and working with wide-ranging data
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and ability to be coached
Hard working and able to quickly adapt to new environment and demands
Willing to challenge others and be challenged
Comfortable in learning new systems, processes and new ways of thinking
Enjoy aggressively finding solutions for challenging problems
Ability to work on tight deadlines
Desires to accelerate their career path through a challenging and rewarding experience
Previous project management skills a plus
